Community Engagement Institute
The Community Engagement Institute is the first of many opportunities provided throughout the academic year that links new students with local organizations in ÍøÆسԹÏ.
Held annually as part of New Student Orientation, the Community Engagement Institute connects students with local nonprofit and public sector organizations in ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï and the surrounding region around pressing issues. The institute includes an orientation to ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï and greater Northeast Ohio and time to discuss future opportunities for community engagement. Although the program will be hosted online this year, we encourage you to join us to start getting to know the local area, build relationships with classmates, meet returning student leaders, and engage with local community organizations.
The institute takes place from 1-3 p.m., EDT, August 18, 2020. (Zoom link will be provided to registered participants.)
