ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï Blogs

Chase P. ’29

Hi all! My name is Chase, and I’m a first-year here at ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï College. I grew up in a small town in rural Pennsylvania, and thus have a special appreciation for ÍøÆسԹϒs curated vibe. I enjoy writing as a hobby, but my other passions include music, fashion, film, and amateur zoology (I could spew obscure shark facts at you for days, but you will never catch me in a bio lab).

Although I’m a first-year student, I am already involved with many programs at ÍøÆسԹÏ. I perform alongside other talented students in the college’s many theatrical productions, I sing with The ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï Acapelicans, and I work with the SIC (Sexual Information Center). When I’m not jam-packed with extracurriculars, you can find me on campus studying in the womb chairs on the second floor of Mudd, chowing down on Umami poke bowls, singing in the Robertson practice rooms, and picnicking with my friends in Wilder Bowl (no matter the weather). Off campus, I enjoy drinking chai lattes at Slow Train, shopping for grandpa sweaters at Ratsy’s, and enjoying the outdoors at the Arb.

When I was in the process of applying to ÍøÆسԹÏ, I constantly immersed myself in these admissions blogs because of their helpful information, humor, and authenticity. Now that I am officially a blogger myself, I hope to bring this same energy to my writing and help inspire prospective (and current) students to find their calling here at ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï College.
