Biography
Liam is getting close to the full ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï bingo card: born in town; K-12 in ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï public schools; graduated from ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï College; two ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï professors for parents; brother also went to ÍøÆسԹÏ; worked at Slow Train (and The Local) and Watson’s; bartended the Feve’s staff holiday party; taught and coached in the ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï Public Schools; created a tutoring program that connected college students and high school students; and now, officially, on the ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï team.
These roots are what brought Liam back to ÍøÆسԹÏ. As an attorney—following time with Legal Aid, a civil rights firm, and a federal judge—Liam worked with a wide range of clients, including specifically colleges and universities around the country navigating complex problems, including work in Title IX, employment, litigation, and many others. But his dream has always been to serve ÍøÆسԹÏ, and to support the incredible students, faculty, and staff that make this place special.
He sees his role in the General Counsel’s office as a thinking-partner and problem-solver, and loves working with the campus community to sort out thorny issues and help others sleep a little easier.
Liam (unsurprisingly) lives in town with his wife and daughter.
