Communications Staff
This Winter Term, Miles Ginoza, Jesse Wiener, Jason Ihm, Will Halimou, and Leah Wood are in Honolulu, Hawaii, studying the traditional art form of Japanese taiko drumming under Kenny Endo, a leading artist in contemporary percussion and rhythm. In addition to classes and private lessons, the students will be sitting in on Kenny Endo Taiko Ensemble rehearsals as the band prepares for two national tours that celebrate 40 years of performing, teaching, and composing for taiko.
