Housing Options
At ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï College & Conservatory, residential life is central to student development, fostering community, dialogue, and intellectual exchange. To support this, all undergraduate students are required to live in college housing (ResLife) or an ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï Student Cooperative Association (OSCA) co-op through graduation unless granted an exemption.
Graduate housing is not available.
ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï provides a diverse range of residential options designed to support students' personal and academic growth while fostering a strong sense of community. Our housing options include traditional residence halls, dedicated first-year halls that ease the transition to college life, dynamic living-learning communities centered around interests in languages, intercultural exchange, and other wellness community themes, as well as suite-style living, apartments, and private houses that offer greater independence. All Living-Learning Communities are open to all ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï students.
Some housing options have specific eligibility criteria. Students should familiarize themselves with these requirements to ensure they meet the necessary qualifications.
